Willow&Co Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Willow & Co, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Customisation details must be confirmed before production begins.
2. Payment
Full payment (or deposit if agreed) is required before production starts. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
3. Production time
Standard production time is **5–14 working days**, depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
4. Design approval
All custom designs must be approved by the client before printing or production. Once approved, no changes can be made.
5. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Communication
Clients are responsible for providing correct details. Willow & Co is not liable for errors after approval.
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Willow & Co
1. Custom orders
Because our products are personalised and made to order, **no refunds are offered once production has started or designs have been approved**.
2. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before design approval or production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
4. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times
Orders are processed within **5–14 working days** unless otherwise communicated.
2. Delivery method
We use trusted courier services for delivery across South Africa. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately depending on order size and location.
4. Collection
Collection may be arranged by appointment if you are local (Meyerton / Gauteng area).
5. Delays
We are not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched.
